Virtus reached out to Adora to help them get started on their Menopause strategy. The first step was to raise awareness of menopause in the workplace, aimed at male and female employees so everyone understood how to support colleagues in need. The challenge: Virtus has a predominantly male workforce, so engaging both men and women in this session was crucial. By hosting an total workforce online session led by our founders and senior Virtus Leaders, we achieved impressive attendance and results, helping Virtus create a more inclusive, supportive workplace culture.
A key factor in helping women thrive at work during menopause is offering expert, personalised support. It is proven that the implementation of digital health solutions, such as a specialised menopause app, as part of a larger workplace menopause support system contributes to better symptom control and overall health outcomes.
